The halls are available to hire either on a weekly basis or for one-off events such as weddings and christenings.
We have a Main Hall that holds up to 230 people or 125 seated at tables and a bar licence is available on request (with due notice).
Our second largest room, the Wynne Room, holds up to 100 people standing or 90 seated at tables. The Wynne room has exclusive access to a bar area and modern kitchen.
Our third room, the Shephard room holds up to 75 people standing and 60 seated at tables. This room has access to our downstairs kitchen.
Our fourth room, the St Valery can hold up to 40 people standing and 30 seated at tables. This room can be opened to gain access to the Main Hall, so is often utilised as a bar area during performances and events. We have a portable bar that is available to users. This room also has access to our downstairs kitchen.
We have two kitchen’s, one upstairs and one downstairs. They upstairs kitchen is available for use at no extra charge for hirer’s of the Wynne room. The downstairs kitchen is available for shared usage by any hirers using the Shephard room, St Valery room or the Main Hall.
Hirers of the Main Hall can also hire the stage for a small charge. We have professional stage lighting and sound equipment and a sound technician available for hire.
Other facilities include: Tables and Chairs (for no extra charge); Paved Patio area (with sixteen plastic patio chairs and 4 patio tables) available to hirers for no extra charge; toilets (with disabled access); presentation equipment (including projectors, flip charts etc).
